- Fastest lap times will be recorded.

Qualifying Heats
- 120-second lanes, 90 second lane changes
- All entrants will be grouped into round-1 heats of up to six racers or round robin.
- Round-1 race starting heat and lane choice will be determined by Qualifying time (RO) or points leaders (SN).

- Round-2 race starting lane choice will be determined by round-1 results.
- Lane choice will be determined by best qualifying heat lap total.

- Each entrant's best qualifying heat lap total will be used for Main qualification.
- The best individual heat lap totals will qualify for Main.
- The number of Main qualifiers will equal the number of lanes.
- Remaining placements will be determined by qualifying heat lap totals.

General
- The lane change interval will not normally be delayed by, or for a heat racer.  (if requested by an entrant with a legitimate mechanical problem, an additional 120 seconds will be allowed once during qualifying and once during the Main)
- Every entrant must act as a track marshal (and spot de-slotted cars) while not racing.

- Racers are responsible for marking track position during lane change periods.
- Only marshals will be allowed to remove or place cars on track during a lane heat.
- Racers must stand clear of opponents' view of the track.
- "Track calls" (pause race) will not be permitted.
- Marshal shall use care to spot de-slotted cars near the position where the care left the track.
- Head Marshal (Computer Marshal) makes all final decisions during races.

Event Scoring
- Fast lap times will be recorded in Qualifying sessions.
- Total laps/sections, fast lap times, and lane lap totals will be recorded for all qualifying rounds and the Main.
- If an entrant removes his/her car before section numbers can be verified, no sections will be credited.
- Championship points will be awarded according to the points system schedule below.
- If four racers or less are in attendance 30 minutes after scheduled start, each entrant who pays the entry fee will receive 24 championships points (but no official placement).  Attending racers may qualify for qualifying points.

Track Record Criteria
- All lap times and totals must be verifiable by other entrants. (must be captured by computer or print-out after the heat race)
- Official Records Kept: fastest lap (each lane), most heat laps (each lane), total laps/sections (race)
- Records will only be established/broken during an actual race event (not during practice)
- Unreasonably low lap times will be assumed to be a lap counting equipment error and not be official.
